One Time Use. 2010. Concrete containing electrical circuit, paint, metal.

“One Time Use” consists of a red L.E.D. light and a complete circuit, including batteries and a switch, cast in concrete. The brown button operates a switch inside the concrete in such a way that it can only be turned on once. Once turned on, the L.E.D. light cannot be turned off and the batteries cannot be removed or replaced.

The light was on from March 15th to late august, 2010
